In order to ensure your satisfaction with your stay in our apartment, please read the following information describing the term and conditions of your stay in a short-term rented apartment.
1. The stay in the apartment starts no earlier than 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. On the day before departure, please contact the resident in order to settle the exact time of arrival to collect the keys. Please do not leave the apartment before the arrival of the resident or any person indicated by him or her.
2. The fee for the whole stay should be paid on the day of check-in (this does not apply if the stay was paid in full before arrival).
3. In case of shortening the stay, we do not return the funds for unused, remaining days of the stay.
4. Guest is obliged to use the apartment in a manner consistent with its purpose and the rules of social coexistence, in particular in a way that does not disturb the peace of third parties, including people living in adjacent premises.
5. The Rental Company shall have the right to shorten the stay in the apartment with immediate effect if the Guest or persons staying in the apartment or animal behaves in a way that disturbs the peace of third parties, including persons living in the adjacent premises. In the event of the actions mentioned in this point, the Rental Company shall be entitled to call upon the appropriate public services to investigate the circumstances that have arisen in the apartment.
6. The guest is obliged to take care of the apartment with due diligence, in particular to close the entrance doors and windows of the apartment during his or her absence, as well as not to take any items of equipment out of the apartment.
7. The Guest is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, including but not limited to in its equipment and permanent elements, caused by the action / omission of the Guest or action / omission of persons, animals that stayed in the apartment during the period of stay of the Guest. The Guest is obliged to immediately inform the apartment resident about such damages, and to cover the costs of repairing them.
8. 1 parking space indicated by the resident is reserved for the apartment. Please park the car only in the designated area.
9. The rental company is not responsible for items lost, stolen or left in the apartment and all over the building.
10. Please do not walk in ski boots in the apartment rooms and staircase (skis and ski boots should be left in the place indicated by the resident – if such a place is designated to the apartment).
11. The apartment is completely and absolutely non-smoking.
12. We kindly ask you to dispose of rubbish in the containers located in front of the building in a place indicated by the resident.
13. The Landlord is not responsible for any inconvenience occurring outside the building where the apartment is located.
14. If there are any recreation areas available in the building, it is necessary to observe the relevant regulations when using them.
15. Night silence is valid from 10 p.m. till 6. a.m.
16. The apartment is not allowed to organize lavish events, including stag and hen nights.
